I have it on my phone but don't use it....AT&T charges too much per month to use it.

I also have the Iphone app for googlemaps and use it for gps, but it kind of blows as you need to look at it as its not audible turn by turn directions. On the up side, its a free app if you have an Iphone and you dont have to spend 100 bucks a year like on a tom tom or garmin to update your maps.

Oh yeah , I have had GPS on my Blackberry with Verizon for many years , and it has saved me more times than I could count.  grin
Very convenient, and it will give turn by turn instructions , however that is not really practical on the bike to me so I don't really use it that way .

OK, this is my plan. I bought a new Blackberry Bold phone. When I travel to unfamiliar places on the bike, I will pay AT&T the $10 for that month. Carry the phone in my pocket with a earbud attached. Then after the trip I will cancel the GPS feature. It would have even been better if AT&T would prorate, but $10 ain't bad. If I need to look at the map I will just pull over, I need to stay alert. When using a GPS in the truck, I should be watching the road better than I do.
When in cage I will just use my Tom Tom.
