Just wanted to let anyone know that rides or planning on riding HWY 349 between Midland and Rankin, that about 5 miles north of the 1787 intersection,, there are huge pot holes that have developed. The Highway dept. has tried to fill them in,, but the rain washed them out again. This is a very busy highway during the week because of all the oil field traffic. However it's a very nice ride on the weekends.

Thanks for the info. This is the type of information that could just be the difference between a safe pleasant ride or one of disaster.
